Key Responsibilities:

Desktop Support:

• Provide break-fix support for desktops, laptops (Windows/macOS), iMacs, and POS devices.
• Diagnose and replace hardware components such as HDD, RAM, motherboard, screen, keyboard, fan, and power supply.
• Assist with software installations, OS configurations, and basic application troubleshooting.
• Set up and troubleshoot POS terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and card readers.
• Perform system imaging and reimaging using deployment tools or bootable media.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities in the ticketing system.
• Manage and maintain a local inventory of spare parts and tools.

Network Support:

• Provide basic onsite network support for LAN/WAN issues, cabling, and device connectivity.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to switches, access points, and patch panels.
• Support connectivity of end-user devices including desktop PCs, printers, and POS systems to the network.
• Liaise with remote network teams during network testing, configuration changes, or outage support.
• Identify and report recurring network issues to relevant teams for further analysis.

General Responsibilities:

• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate or resolve issues beyond scope.
