Job Overview

This is a Senior level full-time position for a BA Wholesale Banking Sr Con Manager located in Bengaluru, Pune, or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, specifically in the realm of Wholesale Banking, to drive impactful results within our rapidly evolving IT landscape. The role underscores the importance of advanced analytical skills to align with our professional service ethos.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Wholesale Banking (Mandatory skill) with profound industry knowledge and strategic insights.
  • Expertise in WCL (Mandatory skill) to navigate and solve complex banking challenges effectively.
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Wholesale Banking Global (Mandatory skill), enhancing business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in Stakeholder Management, fostering effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in Corporate Banking, with an ability to understand customer needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Strong background in Regulatory Compliance, ensuring all operations and processes adhere to legal standards.
  • Capable of conducting Risk Assessment to identify potential threats and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in Project Delivery, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive initiatives in Wholesale Banking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic business plans for banking projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT and business systems.
  • Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure that the organization’s practices comply with industry regulations.
  • Coordinate risk assessment protocols and formulate strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Oversee project delivery phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong working relationships and facilitate effective communication.
  • Continuously review and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, review and analyse business processes and systems to understand wholesale banking/corporate banking design implications across Business, IT and Operations. WCL knowledge is must have.
  • Support reengineering of processes, where process is one of the many parts of the change, and provide detailed guidance on process design (considering risk, end-to-end and cost).
  • Support with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope.
  • Support the development of control structures and performance scorecards (KPIs) to ensure project milestones, budgets, resources and employee engagement aspirations are met, implementing mitigating actions as appropriate.
  • Work with markets/regions to understand regulatory, customer and competitive landscape.
