Overview:


We seek dynamic and results-driven Telecallers for our International Sales team, focusing on the Canadian market during night shifts (7 pm to 3 am). As a Telecaller for International Sales, you will be responsible for actively engaging in client calls, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. This role demands self-motivated professionals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a night-shift environment.


Responsibilities:


- Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients to promote company products or services.

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present solutions effectively.

- Present company products and services persuasively to potential clients.

- Follow up with leads and maintain communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market dynamics.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.


Requirements:


- Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative, preferably in international sales.

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with fluency in English.

- Ability to work efficiently on a night shift (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM).

- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

- Positive attitude, resilience, and perseverance in a dynamic sales environment.
