Job Overview

As a Unit Head - Motor Division at Sara ELGI Arteriors Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Motor Division. You will be expected to lead and manage teams, develop business strategies, and drive growth in the division. This is a full-time executive position located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the motor division
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to drive and motivate teams to achieve targets
• Experience in business development and product development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the Motor Division and ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and manage a team of professionals and provide guidance and support
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve divisional goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth
• Collaborate with the executive team to align the Motor Division's goals with the overall company strategy
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in the industry
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
• Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation for the division
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements in the motor division
