Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLC Programmer to join our team. As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers to optimize our manufacturing processes. This is a senior-level position with 7 to 10 years of experience required. The job location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma Or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in PLC programming in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and PLC hardware
• Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text
• Experience with PLC programming software
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Traveling to clients' locations.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.
• Drawing electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes will work.
• Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
• Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.
• Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Troubleshooting system errors.
• Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.
• Documenting development processes.
• Providing clients with technical support.
