Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control and management
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics
• Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, and SPC
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
