Job Overview


We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Edurays - India. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our education consulting and services. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with potential customers
  • Knowledge of enrollment management processes
  • Smart working with the ability to prioritize tasks


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide accurate information about our education consulting and services
  • Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Generate new leads through cold calling and other lead generation strategies
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
