Job Description: -



Defining qualitative and quantitative annual targets in consultation with the board of management Deriving or preparing suitable measures to achieve these targets.


Implementing and pushing through the measures relating to SME, service loyalty, parts, accessories and workshop turnover, as well as guaranteeing a high quality of customer care.


Analyzing the Aftersales market potential and its level of exploitation.


Performing and evaluating regional market and competition studies for the Aftersales area Defining a range of Aftersales services offered by the individual dealership and oriented towards the appropriate target groups, with consideration for the competitive environment Implementing standards/directives for Aftersales defined in the dealership and those specified by BMW Ensuring the flow of information, in particular via extranet (definition of access rights, etc.)


Guaranteeing participation in the BMW Service Report in order to establish benchmarking in comparison with other dealerships Carrying out internal workshop tests and quality measures, and implementing improvement measures in order to improve Aftersales quality Applying, implementing and checking Aftersales marketing and competition measures with regard to BMW AG campaigns and specific market conditions Preparing and updating organisational diagrams and job descriptions for Aftersales staff Being responsible for planning and implementing the personnel requirements in Aftersales (hiring/redundancies) Being involved in planning construction work for Aftersales with regard to process aspects Legal representation of Aftersales, based on consultation with the board of management Organising/monitoring and evaluating internal Aftersales key figures in the dealership Defining workshop working times and opening times in Aftersales in consultation with the board of management, if necessary through developing, adapting and implementing working time models Applying performance-related bonus systems in Aftersales Representing Aftersales in-house and externally Cooperating with associations (chamber of commerce, etc.).
