Location: - Pune.
Experience: - 2 year.

Job Description: -
To analyze his or her market potential and sales territory; to monitor the achievement of sales volume targets.
To set up and systematically maintain the customer file and potential customer file, as well as to input current customer data and other customer data collected from various sources.
To update sales literature and campaign brochures.
To perform special sales-promotion activities.
To plan and carry out prospecting activities for selected target groups in his or her sales territory.
To carry out sales discussions.
Customer Contact and Advice: Direct customer contact Telemarketing Customer contact in the dealership.
Customer contact in the dealership's sales territory Event Marketing to handle used car trade-ins: To arrange technical evaluations to arrange commercial evaluations to draw up offers Analysis of customer requirements.
Product Presentations and Test Drive: To carry out the vehicle presentations systematically and to involve the customer intensively in the process .
To enable the customer to experience the car with all their senses, to make the presentation into a genuine experience for the customer to bring the customer closer to choosing a car range through active observation and questioning.
To organize a test drive of the desired car to prepare the test drive (selection of a test-drive route with various areas of experience, accessories / equipment) To check the car.
To structure the test drive as an experience (including a brief, understandable introduction to controls and operation).
To evaluate the test drive together with the customer Sales Closure: Product specification Price Negotiation Dealing with objections Contract Preparation Contract / contract signature / order confirmation.
To monitor the punctual and reliable handling of correspondence covering the sale and financing.
To co-ordinate appointments with prospects and established customers and appointments for delivery / handover.
Appointment booking for delivery.
To arrange reconditioning of the car.
To obtain required documents and papers.
To arrange for the handover of the new car with maximum customer orientation to make the process into a positive experience for the customer.
To handle complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer and the company.
To develop and provide systematic Aftersales customer care in order to create the basis for repeat sales.
