Required – Project Manager-FIRE FIGHTING.

Location: - Pune (Aundh).

Experience: - 8+ Years in Fire Fighting industry only.

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 15days will be Preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and lead subcontractors throughout duration of the project.

Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed.

Schedule and plan subcontractor site visits and data collection.

Provide constant communication and project progress reports to clients and management team.

Make site visits to verify and confirm project equipment performance and operation.

Attending regular meetings.

Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities regulations.

Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.

Coordinates the efforts of all Team Members in respect to the requirements of the project and management to achieve all goals established for the project.

Co-ordinate and direct end-user input throughout the project pending point.

Prepare and monitor the material supply schedule as per site requirements.

Taken Daily meeting with all site engineers and sub-contractors for Daily progress report next day working plan.

Specific Skills / Knowledge:

Knowledge of Fire Hydrant system, Fire Sprinkler system, Water Mist Fire Fighting System, Electric Panel Fire Suppression System, Smoke Detection and alarm Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, MVWS/HVWS and Foam Fire Suppression System, Fire Door, Pump House. Knowledge of Safety norms i.e JSA, EHS MANUAL, EHS POLICY, EHS OBJECTVE etc.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Other Responsibilities: -

Defining a Project’s Scope and Goals.

Proficient in preparing master schedules for all projects.

Conducted Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for complete project, based on material requirement dates, reorder points and procurement lead times.

Conducting project planning, monitoring & controlling for timely completion of project.

Executing advance material planning/procurement and accomplished the timely closing of techno-commercial evaluation of Material and Equipment, along with ensuring a timely delivery as well as engineering & technical compliance with manufactures.

Assessing process and utilizing resources to maximize the productivity.

Managing project administration, including all documentation.

Formulating WPR,3-Month Report, Project Completion report for management review.

Reporting regularly to PROJECT HEAD.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Establish and maintain relationships with Sub Contractor /vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
