Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Customer Acquisition: Actively approach potential customers to promote banking products such as personal loans, saving accounts, and RD accounts. Educate customers about the features and benefits of the products.
2.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization. Work towards achieving individual and team goals related to product sales and customer acquisition.
4.Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest banking products, services, and policies. Provide accurate information to customers regarding interest rates, repayment options, and other terms and conditions.
5.Documentation: Assist customers in completing the required documentation for loan applications, account openings, and RD accounts. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
6.Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales. Keep track of leads and maintain a follow-up schedule.
7.Bike Maintenance: Since a bike is compulsory for this role, ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the bike provided by the organization. Responsible for its safe and efficient use during work hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
•Basic knowledge of banking procedures, regulations, and policies.
•Valid driver's license and a well-maintained bike.
