Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is tailored for a female candidate with strong communication skills and a passion for driving sales growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
Gender: Female (Preference as per the organization's diversity and inclusion policy)
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales and marketing preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted strategies to attract and retain clients.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and digital platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to help improve sales strategies.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts, including campaigns, content creation, and branding initiatives.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates on leads, opportunities, and results.
Customer Feedback: Collect and share feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Event Management: Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and services and generate business leads.
