Specialist- L&D

Job Purpose: To plan and execute functional and behavioral learning end to end for all enterprise functions in line with the Edelweiss strategic direction and business context.

Responsibilities:

• · To Conduct Aagman induction to ensure new joiner success
• ·   Conduct a thorough training needs analysis to identify the skills and knowledge gaps of new joiners and existing employees.
• ·   Develop a comprehensive training plan that includes functional and behavioral trainings and allocate resources accordingly.
• ·   Manage and administer the LMS to ensure that all employees have access to relevant training content and resources.
• · Promote the usage of LinkedIn and Udemy to increase consumption of training content and create a culture of continuous learning.
• Conduct quarterly functional training update meetings with function heads to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives and that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
