Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (telesales). The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions via phone and email.

- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Patience and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle stress and multitask

- bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience in the BPO industry or similar customer service-related fields is a plus
