Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Redux, and related tools. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing user-friendly web interfaces for our products, ensuring top-notch performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React.js, Redux, and other modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, adhering to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in frontend development.
• Proficient in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating them into web applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and server-side rendering (Next.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
