Job Title: Outbound Sales Development Representative (B2B SaaS)
Location: Kashmere Gate, Delhi (Hybrid Mode)

About Us:
Messaging apps, particularly WhatsApp, have taken over our personal and work-life conversations by storm. We build innovative Workplace tools on top of commonly used communication channels such as WhatsApp, Phone Calls, messages, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting (via LinkedIn, calls, etc) in international markets such as the UK, UAE, Europe, and more.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage prospects and generate meetings for the sales team.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects, nurturing them from lead to opportunity stage.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, tailor outreach, and close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation quotas and contribute to revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales development, ideally in the SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in international sales, in markets like the UK, UAE, Europe, etc.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and CRM systems to research and generate leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different international audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid environment.
