We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Manager to lead our inbound sales efforts and drive business growth.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring and managing B2B clients. You will be instrumental in building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that showcase the value of Eazybe’s offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target prospective B2B customers in designated markets.
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, and personalized outreach.

Sales Process Management:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of Eazybe’s integration solutions.
  • Qualify leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position Eazybe’s products effectively.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement based on customer insights.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and customer success teams to align on sales goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective targets.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS-based company.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS sales cycles and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
