Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with prior experience in B2B SaaS sales and customer retention. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring both sales expertise and customer success skills. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, renewals, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales & Upselling: Handle renewals, upsell and cross-sell additional features or products to existing clients.
  • Customer Onboarding & Training: Conduct product demonstrations and training to help customers maximize value.
  • Tech-Savvy Consultation: Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions leveraging our AI-driven SaaS platform.
  • Retention & Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to reduce churn and improve long-term product adoption.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor customer usage, feedback, and market trends to refine sales and customer success strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Target-Driven Approach: Achieve KPIs related to customer retention, upselling, and satisfaction scores.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Sales within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong background in customer retention, upselling, and renewals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Understanding of the messaging app industry and workplace communication tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering) or related discipline is preferred.
