Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Administrative Manager to join our expanding team. This full-time, remote position is open to candidates located in Abbeville, Delhi, and Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations and supporting our mission with up to 6 years of relevant work experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in using project management software to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Skilled in CRM systems for managing interactions with current and potential stakeholders, improving customer satisfaction and maximization of database use.
  • Experienced in Google Workspace, facilitating collaborative remote work environment and enhancing productivity through its suite of applications.
  • Competent in document management systems to ensure secure and organized handling of sensitive and critical information.
  • Comfortable using HR software to streamline administrative tasks, enabling efficient management of employee records and benefits.
  • Strong team leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving shared objectives and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills (Mandatory skill) to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and support organizational goals.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear and concise dissemination of information across all levels of the organization.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all organizational processes.
  • Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.
  • Oversee staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
  • Organize office operations and procedures, including designing policies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency and performance metrics are achieved.
  • Support the implementation of innovative operational solutions to streamline processes and enhance employee and customer experiences.
