The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch. 



Responsible for ensuring 100% adherence to Branch Operation SOP.

 Responsible for maintaining the Service level of the Branch for all products

including e-commerce & B2B surface consignments.

 Monitoring & ensuring timely arrival and departure of vehicles from the branch

 Responsible for all DP pickup and Connection.

 Must ensure that all the customer queries arising out of the branch is resolved on

the same day.

 Visiting all new clients along with Sales team to explain them SOP, set pickup time

and allocation of staff.

 Managing the cost budget of the branch and upkeep of branch infrastructure

 Play the role of administrative supervisor to all branch personnel


 Graduate (minimum)

3 – 5 years in e-commerce / logistics / delivery business

 Experience in handling cross functional teams

 Experience in project implementation & change management
