About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven professionals to join our Operations team specializing in PhD admission processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend processes within the education domain, university coordination, and post-sales support. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth academic journey for students by facilitating effective communication, managing university-related workflows, and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support and Coordination
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to the sales and counseling teams
- Manage client calls and meetings when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed promptly
- Guide candidates through admission and registration processes
2. Task & Process Management
- Oversee and manage internal post-admission workflows
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Coordinate regularly with universities for student proceedings and updates
- Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders for case resolutions
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in real time
3. Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between students and university representatives
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service accuracy and student satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines
- Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement
Candidate Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Minimum 2 years of total professional experience, with at least 1 year in the education sector
- Hands-on experience in post-sales, backend operations, or admission support
- Prior experience in university coordination and handling academic processes
Good to Have:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Problem-solving attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and manage different roles simultaneously
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confidence with a proactive and outgoing personality
- Fast learner with a capability to grasp domain knowledge quickly
