· Collection from existing clients
· Retention
· Up-sell, Cross-sell experience
· Proficient in English and Hindi language
· B2C client handling
· Interact with existing customers and make follow-up calls
· Timely payment & collections from the customers
· Interaction with customers via Emails & over the phone.
· Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
· Process payments and refunds
· Update account status records and collection efforts
· Updating the existing customers on ongoing projects.
· Report on collection activity
· Coordinating with Sales Team & Accounts Team regularly with regards to payment and work status.
Required Candidate profile
Proven experience as a CRM Sr. Executive, Customer Success or Collection Specialist or Business Development role
· Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
· Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
· Patience and ability to manage stress
· Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
· Skilled in negotiation
· Problem-solving skills
· Bachelor's degree
