Core Responsibilities

- Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calls, email campaigns, social media engagement, and personalized follow-ups.

- Managing day-to-day meetings and sales calls with law firms, attorneys, and general counsels throughout the USA.

- Effectively promote and position the company’s legal and paralegal support services within the legal and healthcare sectors.

- Developing strong relationships with clients to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.

Requirements

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-performance sales role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Master’s degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred; quick learner with the ability to build trust over the phone and understand market dynamics.

- 4+ years of experience in the U.S. B2B market; experience in the legal or KPO industry is a plus.

- Energetic, people-oriented, and adaptable with a strong drive to succeed.
