Job Overview

The Sr Graphics Designer role at Doshion PolyScience Pvt Ltd is a full-time, mid-level position based in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience and contribute strongly to brand and technical design initiatives, supporting both digital and print media across diverse business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for end-to-end design workflow (Mandatory skill)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain consistent brand identity across multiple channels and product verticals
• Expertise in digital illustration for creating engaging and visually compelling graphic content for both online and offline use
• Experience with technical illustration to simplify and communicate complex concepts in a clear, accurate visual format
• Strong background in presentation design, translating complex ideas and data into polished, professional visuals
• Motion graphics skills for developing dynamic content for marketing campaigns, corporate videos, and product showcases
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical leads to deliver high impact design projects
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and detailed designs for various branding, marketing, and communication materials across digital and print platforms
• Create technical illustrations and diagrams for product documentation, manuals, and client presentations ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Design and maintain brand identity visual assets, templates, and guidelines in alignment with company standards and messaging
• Produce motion graphics and animated assets to support digital marketing campaigns and corporate communication needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver targeted, results-driven graphic solutions
• Review and provide quality control on all visual assets before release to ensure they meet quality, branding, and technical expectations
• Stay updated on emerging trends, new tools, and industry best practices in graphic and digital design to maintain a competitive edge
• Support the preparation and enhancement of presentations, product brochures, and trade show materials for domestic and international markets
