Job Overview

The Sr Executive – Sales & Marketing (Pharma) is a mid-level, full-time, remote position responsible for expanding business opportunities and handling sales activities in the pharmaceutical segment. The role covers Haridwar, Dehradun, Delhi, and New Delhi locations, targeting key business growth in these regions. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma / Graduate in Pharma at least with relevant experience in selling like APIs, Excipients, Special Application Pharma Polymers
  • Business Development experience with proven capability in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in the pharma sector (Mandatory skill).
  • Sales expertise, including meeting or exceeding targets, developing sales pipelines, and fostering lasting client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Dealer Management background with hands-on experience managing and expanding dealer and distributor networks within assigned territories (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in CRM Software to accurately track leads, manage customer data, and generate actionable reports for improved decision-making.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills for assessing sales trends, forecasting demand, and presenting strategic insights to management for decision purposes.
  • Effective Lead Generation abilities, leveraging multiple channels to develop and qualify leads that align with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Experience in Sales Strategy Development, formulating and executing plans to capture market share, boost revenue, and maximize growth potential.
  • Exceptional Negotiation Skills honed through closing complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, and resolving conflicts with stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert new clients within the pharmaceutical industry for ion exchange resins and related products.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and dealer networks, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets for assigned locations.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress, manage leads, and report on performance metrics regularly.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends to advise on pricing, sales tactics, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for product presentations, demonstrations, and post-sales support.
  • Generate, follow up, and close qualified leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline and steady business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure timely execution of all sales agreements to meet company standards.
