Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, junior-level position requires one to three years of experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving sales of our products.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the B2C sector, leveraging strategic selling techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • In-depth product knowledge of ion exchange resins, pharma polymers, and membrane performance chemicals to effectively communicate features to clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and analyze data to optimize sales strategies.
  • Skilled in lead generation and nurturing strategies to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to foster long-term client partnerships and trust.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the B2C market to increase product reach and market share.
  • Develop strong product expertise to effectively present and demonstrate the value of our offerings to prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze data to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative strategies for driving sales and increasing revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations with potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Report sales performance metrics and insights to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
