Job Overview
The Jr Sales Executive position is a full-time, remote opportunity based in Delhi, Haridwar, Dehradun, or New Delhi. This mid-level role requires candidates with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. The focus is on establishing and growing B2B relationships in the manufacturing industry, particularly within the water and pharma chemicals sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma / Graduate in Pharma at least with relevant 1 to 3 years of field work experience
- B2B Sales experience with in-depth understanding of industrial and manufacturing clients to drive business growth (Mandatory skill).
- API Sales knowledge with demonstrated success in selling active pharmaceutical ingredients to relevant sectors (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in Excipient Sales, managing pharmaceutical excipients portfolio for optimal market penetration (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for day-to-day reporting, analytics, presentations, and client documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management tools to track, nurture, and convert leads across the sales funnel.
- Familiarity with ODOO system or similar ERP software to efficiently track client interactions, sales processes, and business activities.
- Proven background as a Medical Representative, facilitating communication and sales with hospital or pharmaceutical clients.
- Strong lead generation capability, developing targeted outreach strategies for the water treatment and pharmaceutical chemicals market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential B2B customers for ion exchange resins, pharma polymers, and membrane performance chemicals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Engage in lead generation activities, qualifying new business prospects, and managing all aspects of the sales pipeline.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Regularly update and maintain data in ODOO and CRM platforms to ensure seamless sales operations and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal technical, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and proactively handle any queries or issues to maintain strong business relationships.
