We are seeking Junior Field Sales Executives for Ahmedabad location. This full-time role is suited for dynamic individuals passionate about sales and business development within the B2B and B2C sectors. The candidate will play a crucial part in expanding our market reach and enhancing customer relationships across various industry verticals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma / Graduate with proven negotiation skills that allow for effective deal-closing with both individuals and larger organizations.
- Strong customer relationship management capabilities, with experience in maintaining and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent market research aptitude, capable of identifying new market opportunities and consumer needs.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques to successfully convert prospects into active clients.
- Experience in B2C sales, with a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales dynamics, with experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude towards achieving aggressive sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
