• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with experience in hotel engineering management role, preferably at a corporate level 
• Proven leadership and team management skills 
• Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems 
• Expertise in project management, budgeting, and cost control 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments within the hotel organization 
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management strategies
