We are hiring a motivated Operations Executive to support import/export coordination, stakeholder engagement, and research assignments—working closely with the company’s Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with international clients, suppliers, and manufacturing partners for import/export activities
• Manage and track documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping docs) ensuring regulatory compliance
• Conduct market research and assist in communication with overseas associates
• Schedule, organize, and follow up on meetings and calls
• Assist the Director in daily operations and project coordination
• Maintain records, databases, and timelines for ongoing shipments and opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or import/export
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of AI tools (for research, communication, automation, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
