Job Title : Admissions Counselor / Senior Admissions Counselor/ Admissions Head/ Manager Business Development / Sales & Marketing
Eligibility : Any Bachelors Degree with relevant experience of revenue generation in educational institutions
Experience: 1-3 years experience for Admission Counselor, 4-6 years experience for Senior Admissions Counselor, 8-10 years experience for Head Admissions/Business Development/Revenue Generation in any educational Institution
Salary: 5-12L PA, No Bar for the right candidates, Good Hike on last drawn

Role Summary: We're looking for Sr. Admissions Counselor/ Admissions Counselor who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment. As an Admissions Counselor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time and prepare MIS reports.
Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded.
Handling Walk-in/ telephonic inquiries
Generating admissions, convince and convert the inquiries & leads into Admissions
Counseling prospective students and guiding them about the various degree courses offered.
Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same.
Handling queries over the telephone
Recording and maintaining and Calling on given leads
Maintaining telephonic and walk-in record for the day
Collect feedback from participants and consolidate the same
Conducting Seminars
Skills Required
Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
Strong counselling and relationship management skills
Result Oriented, Persistence and diligence
Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what we are offering to its prospective students and close applications.
Approachable and vibrant personality.
Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
