We are hiring an IT Support Executive to join our team at Ditinus™ Technology Private Ltd. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth functioning of their IT systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT principles and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in IT support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in IT support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Solid understanding of IT principles and best practices
- Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience in computer hardware troubleshooting
- Proficient in software installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
- Respond to customer queries and resolve their technical problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software according to client requirements
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in the support process
- Document and update support procedures and FAQs for easy reference
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide proactive support
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new IT support staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT support
