Position: Customer Service
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 Year Experience required in BPO (On Paper Experience)
Interview Type: Virtual
Salary: 22k CTC
Shift: Day & Evening Rotational + 1 Rotational week off
Required Skill-set:
- Exceptional Problem solving and analyzing skills.
- The candidate should be Energetic and confident over the call.
- The tone of voice should be Clear and fluent in English & Hindi.
- Must be capable to handle Customer Calls and queries
- Have Basic Computer Knowledge
- Excellent spoken Communication Skills
- Active and efficient candidate having the zeal to explore a career in the voice process.
The candidate needs to have a laptop and broadband.
