About the Job


  1. Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
  2. Maintain a list of available inventory.
  3. Oversee and Manage all the operations of the kitchen.
  4. Should have good communication skills and should be open to suggestions from employees.
  5. Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines. Maintain Food Safety standards.
  6. Should ensure seamless and perfect packing of orders.
  7. Maintain daily reports of the business done by the kitchen.
  8. Keep account and maintain history of purchases done.Keep monthly purchase reports.
  9. Maintain stock of ingredients and things essential to the kitchen.
  10. Assist in purchase of ingredients in consultation with the management.
  11. Responsible for controlling running costs, while maintaining exceptional standards at the same time.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
  13. Address customer needs and complaints.
