Responsibilities:

  • Proactively call customers and check for their interest in our product
  • Identify the reasons for non-purchase and offer alternatives or deals to ensure maximum conversions
  • Chase deals with customers until they are either closed, dead or turned into Paid customers
  • Work closely with other sales team members for sales closures
  • Co-ordinate smooth post-sales handover & transition

Role Requirement:

  • 6 months of experience in the field of Sales working with customers directly or on call.
  • Excellent Communication skills in Hindi.
  • Ability to extract and maintain sales reports on Excel.
