The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for enhancing our market presence. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability to conduct sales operations with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of field experience.
  • Expert sales skills for closing deals and driving company revenue (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations and reach beneficial agreements (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with potential and existing clients to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Identify market needs and trends to tailor sales approaches for maximum effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
  • Travel within assigned regions to build and maintain consumer relationships, ensuring market penetration.
  • Provide feedback and report to management regarding market climate, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
