Roles and Responsibilities of Telemarketing Executive:


1. Processing of Tele-calls and organizing the Site visits.

2. Maintaining the sales and marketing documents for ISO purpose.

3. Downloading online portal leads, segregating and sharing to sales and marketing executives.

4. Transport and necessary arrangements for customer site visits.

5. Collecting the reports from sales and marketing executives, making consolidate of reports and sharing the same to respective heads.

6. Checking of each lead conversations.

7. Co-ordinate with the portal representatives with regards to all the updates and any other related issues.

8. Documentation of all the marketing and sales review proceedings, feedbacks, update to the concerned heads from time to time.


General Requirements:


1. Acquire thorough knowledge on sales and marketing software techniques.

2. Awareness required on latest online portals.

3. Acquire knowledge on preparation of innovative brochures and leaflets.

4. Require thorough knowledge on marketing and sales activities.

5. Acquire good communication skills.

6. Sound knowledge require on CRM issues.

7. Follow the work ethics and discipline.

8. Maintain company confidentiality.
