Job Responsibilities:

Healthcare Quality & Safety Analytics

• Become an expert in CMS quality measures, safety data, and operational analytics.
• Predict CMS Star Ratings, VBP Scores, HRRP penalties using statistical modeling.
• Understand ICD codes related to readmissions, mortality, and performance metrics.
• Design quality control (QC) and testing frameworks for validating reports and algorithms.

Customer Success & Client Engagement

• Translate complex healthcare analytics into actionable insights for clinical and financial teams.
• Provide clear responses to customer queries via email and presentations.
• Lead Zoom/Teams meetings and demonstrate Dexur’s solutions in real time.
• Collaborate with engineers to build data-driven solutions for hospitals.
