Job Responsibilities:
Healthcare Quality & Safety Analytics
Become an expert in CMS quality measures, safety data, and operational analytics.
Predict CMS Star Ratings, VBP Scores, HRRP penalties using statistical modeling.
Understand ICD codes related to readmissions, mortality, and performance metrics.
Design quality control and testing frameworks for validating reports and algorithms.
Customer Success & Client Engagement
Translate complex healthcare analytics into actionable insights for clinical and financial teams.
Provide clear responses to customer queries via email and presentations.
