Designerrs Academy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX and other specializations.
Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks and alumni from NIDs and IITs.

Responsibilities
- Plan and develop strategies for sales growth of all e-commerce products/merchandise/goodies at Designerrs
- Take active feedback from customers, and increase the overall rating of products.
- Analyse sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs for the design community and plan new product ranges.
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices. Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives for easy operational expansion. Examine financial data to improve profitability.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets and forecasting. Coordinating with financial partners for payment collection and management.
- Managing Inventory, shipping, and logistics for the various products for e-commerce. Managing Technology operations and automation required to bring overall operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with partners to build pipelines and close deals
- Coordinate with marketing team for ROI optimisation an
- Manage junior team members' training and task management
Skill Required
- Experience in business development for D2C brands, selling on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc) or individual product websites
- Understanding of Customer behavior on E-Commerce Platforms
- Experience in managing shipping platforms such as Shiprocket, Amazon etc.
- Creative Marketing abilities to design campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
