Job Overview

Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer) role with 7 to 10 years of experience. Full-time position based in Powai, Maharashtra, India. DBOT Realty Pvt is a leading advisory firm committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients in the real estate industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Experience with Mivan Shuttering, commercial building, and residential building projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of RCC design and construction techniques

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
• Maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
