Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at DBOT Realty Pvt. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India with an experienced requirement of 7 to 10 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of account management and financial principles
• Proficient in using accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets and audit reports
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Provide tax and GST advice to clients
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
