Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad at a mid-level position. This full-time role requires an individual capable of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of B2B sales and market analysis, whilst excelling in customer relationship management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) to foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage business-to-business interactions and transactions.
  • Strong market analysis capabilities (Mandatory skill) to evaluate market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging sales presentations to persuade and influence potential clients effectively.
  • Capability in conducting product demonstrations to clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Expertise in cross-selling techniques to maximize sales potential across the product range.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas and negotiate with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to achieve sales targets and objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients within the designated sales area to expand the company's customer base.
  • Promote and sell furniture products to meet defined sales targets and expand market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
