Role Description:


As an Associate in the Hiring Partnerships team, your primary responsibility will be to assist in placing Crio Graduates in their dream companies. This involves engaging with existing Hiring Partners and attracting new ones to provide more opportunities for our learners.


Requirements:


  • Strong communication/conversational skills, both verbal and written
  • [Preferable] Experience in B2B/B2C sales
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Result-oriented with a focus on metrics
  • Strong ownership and attention to detail 
  • Should be comfortable with cold calling and lead generation


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and acquire new Hiring Partners through various channels like LinkedIn, Naukri
  • Collaborate with our existing Hiring Partners to fill more job positions  within their organizations
  • Maximize interviews and placement opportunities for all Crio graduates
  • Gain a deep understanding of different skill levels of Crio graduates and target appropriate companies and job profiles
  • Familiarize yourself with the tech market landscape, including GICs, startups, unicorns, and IT services for effective outreach
  • Identify key decision-makers, and initiate conversations leveraging various channels - phone, email, linkedin
  • Optimize processes to generate and convert leads more efficiently
  • Provide valuable insights to the content team regarding Crio graduates’ interviews and placements
  • Maintain clean and organized pipelines of Hiring Partners using Google Sheets and CRM

We welcome freshers and individuals with up to 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C sales or a related field to apply for the Associate - Hiring Partnerships position.




Interview Process


These are the standard rounds you may expect. More rounds may be added in some cases.


Round #1: Communication & Conversational Skills


  • In this round, the interviewer may ask you to mock pitch Crio to any Hiring Partner like Airtel over a call or email
  • Ensure that you go through the Crio program before the interview as this will help you pitch a better
  • Parameters we’ll assess you on:

      - How much do you understand Crio Offering

  • How confident are you over calls
  • Are you able to communicate the Crio Offering to a company
  • How well do you write emails


Round #2: Problem-solving and Analytical Skills


  • In this round, the interviewer may give you situational questions and understand your thought process

Round #3: Managerial Round


-Final round of discussion with one of the co-founders
