What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and shortlist top talent for sales and other roles.
- Candidate Engagement: Drive outreach and build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Interview Coordination: Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain hiring reports and track key recruitment metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for recruitment and an interest in understanding people.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Proactive, target-driven mindset—someone who takes ownership.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition (internship or freelance) is a plus.
