Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and drive revenue growth for Crio.Do in your assigned region. You will manage a team of sales professionals, build and execute region-specific strategies, and work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to scale our offerings in the region. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in EdTech or SaaS, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales executives and business development associates.
  • Plan and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and coach the team for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate high-quality leads and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Drive CRM hygiene, sales reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Work closely with product and customer success teams to align customer needs with offerings.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new growth opportunities and customer insights.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of total experience in B2C/B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership/managerial role.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or a high-growth startup is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and people management skills.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for scaling businesses.
