Position: Recruitment Operations Intern

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Duration: 3 Months Internship with PPO

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

As we scale our placement operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Operations Intern to join our team and support our growing talent matchmaking function.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Coordination between learners, partner companies, and internal stakeholders for interviews, assessments, and feedback
• Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and recruiters from hiring companies
• Track and maintain detailed reports of learner shortlisting, selection stages, and outcomes
• Ensure timely documentation and data hygiene across placement trackers and internal dashboards
• Follow up with learners on availability, readiness, and offer decisions
• Coordinate internally with Placement, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team on placement progress

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related fields (recent graduates welcome)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort with handling large data sets
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Prior experience/internship in recruitment or operations is a plus
