We are now looking for a Solutioning Associate (Embedded Domain) to join our team and

play a pivotal role in designing innovative training solutions for the automotive ecosystem.

Role Overview

As a Solutioning Associate, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements,

analyzing their upskilling needs, and crafting customized solutions that align with the latest

technologies in embedded systems and automotive engineering. This role offers the opportunity

to directly contribute to the transformation of automotive technology education.

Key Responsibilities

● Collaborate with automotive clients (OEMs, Tier-1s, E-R&Ds, GCCs) to design tailored

training solutions.

● Focus on embedded technologies including Embedded C, C++, Linux, Android Auto,

ADAS, SDV, and more.

● Analyze client requirements and propose customized, industry-relevant training

programs.

● Build compelling presentations, proposals, and solution documents that address

client challenges.

● Stay updated with emerging trends in CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electric)

technologies.

Requirements

● Education: BE or MTech in Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechatronics (with

embedded/automotive specialization preferred).

● Experience: 1–2 years of experience in embedded/automotive domain (solutioning,

training design, or related role preferred).

● Skills:

○ Strong fundamentals in Embedded Systems and Automotive technologies.

○ Excellent communication and analytical skills.

○ Strong presentation and documentation ability.

○ Proactive learner with a solution-oriented mindset.

○ Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

● Passion for emerging automotive domains including ADAS, SDV, and CASE
