Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time US Collections Associate at the executive level to join our team. This position requires expertise in managing US collections processes and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role will involve working in international voice process.

Location- Mumbai

Shift- US shift (6:30pm to 3:30am)

5 days working, 2 week offs

Salary- upto 45k plus unlimited incentives (WFO)

Upto 35k (wfh)

Need Mumbai based candidates only.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven communication skills for successful interaction with international clients and resolution of collection issues.
  • Experience working within a BPO environment.
  • Proficiency in handling international voice processes and delivering effective communication to meet customer expectations.
  • Understanding of US collections processes with an ability to manage accounts and achieve set recovery targets.
  • Experience in international customer service aimed at providing top-notch client support and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Ability to effectively manage the US process and voice-based interactions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in international sales to understand customer needs and deliver effective sales strategies.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional approach to collection activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute collection strategies for outstanding balances from US-based clients efficiently.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining high standards of customer interaction.
  • Identify and resolve issues concerning customer payments and escalate as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payment statuses, and account updates in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections in compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continually improve product knowledge to facilitate effective communication.
