• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• HSC / Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with international clients over the phone, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly and efficiently, adhering to company protocols and standards.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions and support, ensuring client queries are resolved effectively.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions, feedback, and action taken to ensure a comprehensive database.
• Provide feedback on potential improvements in the process and client interaction methods.
• Uphold the company's values and uphold the brand in every client interaction.
